How does gold bar delivery work?
You choose a bar at today's live price, confirm the order with us on WhatsApp, and our courier brings it to your door.

Send your details
A photo of your CPR or passport, your full address, a location pin and how you would like to pay.
We confirm on WhatsApp
We confirm the bar, the price and your delivery window, usually within 5–15 minutes during shop hours.
Check and sign
The courier hands the bar to you and may check your ID. Inspect it, then sign to confirm receipt.
When will my gold bar arrive?
Most orders are delivered the same day, in one of two delivery windows. Orders confirmed after shop hours or on a Friday morning go out in the next window.

Do you deliver to Riffa, Isa Town, Hamad Town and Saar?
Yes. Delivery to Riffa, Isa Town, Hamad Town, Saar, A'ali and Zallaq is free and works exactly as it does in Manama: the same delivery windows, the same live price and the same ID check at the door. You do not need to drive to the Gold Souq to buy a gold bar.

Delivery questions
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every confirmed order within Bahrain, with no shipping, handling or extra charges.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No. We deliver orders of any size, from a single 1 gram gold bar up to 10 tola bars and 1KG silver bars.
Can I lock today's price?
Yes. Pay a 10% advance and we fix today's price for your order. You pay the rest by cash or BenefitPay when the bar is delivered.
Who can receive the gold bar?
The person who placed the order, or someone they authorised in writing in advance. The courier may ask for ID that matches the order.
Do you deliver outside Bahrain?
No. We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain only.
