Can I buy gold bars online in Bahrain?
Yes. Choose a bar at the live price on our website and order on WhatsApp. Delivery is free across Bahrain, usually the same day, and you can pay by cash or BenefitPay. A 10% advance is needed only to lock the current price. You can also buy in person at our shop in the Gold Souq. See live bar prices.
Where can I buy gold bars in Bahrain?

Do you deliver gold bars to Riffa, Isa Town and Hamad Town?
Yes. Delivery is free to every area of Bahrain, including Riffa, Isa Town, Hamad Town, Saar, Muharraq and Amwaj, with the same delivery windows as Manama. See delivery areas and times.
What is the smallest gold bar I can buy?
Our smallest gold bar is 1 gram of 24K 999.9 gold. There is no minimum order. We deliver a single 1 gram bar for free, just like a 10 tola bar.
What are the payment methods you accept?
You can pay by cash on delivery or Benefit.
If the amount exceeds 3,000 BD and you use FAWRI+, you will need more than one bank account. You can use FAWRI instead. With FAWRI, we receive the funds the next day and arrange delivery after the funds reach our account.
What is the purity of your gold bars?
Our bars are 24K gold with 999.9 fineness, meaning 99.99% pure gold. Each bar comes with a certificate of authenticity. You can check your MSS bar’s serial number at verify.mssbars.com.
What is the difference between 18, 21, 22, and 24 karat gold?
Karat describes the proportion of gold on a scale of 24 parts.
- 24K with 999.9 fineness means 99.99% gold.
- 22K is approximately 91.67% gold and 8.33% other metals.
- 21K is 87.5% gold and 12.5% other metals.
- 18K is 75% gold and 25% other metals.
Other metals make gold harder for jewellery. Our gold bars are 24K.
Where are your bars manufactured?
Our MSS-branded bars are made in Belgium. The 5 tola bar is Al Fardan from the UAE. The 10 tola bar is cast by MSS Jewellery in Bahrain.
What sets your bars apart from Swiss or Emirates bars?
Our MSS-branded bars are made in Belgium. Every MSS bar has a serial number you can check at verify.mssbars.com. When comparing bars, check each bar’s weight, purity, price and verification method.
When do gold prices change?
Gold prices move while world markets trade, Monday to Friday. Our website shows live prices and always displays the latest available price, including outside market hours.
Market trading hours are different from shop hours. Our shop is open Saturday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Friday hours are 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Why are gold bar prices higher than the spot price per gram?
The spot price is the price of raw gold. A finished bar has a premium for manufacturing, packaging and certification. Check the total price for your chosen weight on our website. Read about the difference between the gold rate and the bar price.
Can I sell my gold bars later?
We prioritise buyback support for MSS gold bars and also buy Swiss gold bars. Contact us for a live quote based on the current gold spot price and your bar’s gold content.
Visit our Manama shop for a live quote, or agree and lock a price with our team on WhatsApp before arranging driver collection from your home. Payment is by cash or bank transfer, with the process normally completed the same day.

Which gold bar weight should I purchase?
Choose a weight that suits your budget and purpose. You can compare 1 gram or 2.5 gram bars for a small gift, 5 gram to 20 gram bars for purchases over time, or an ounce and larger weights.
