1 Where we deliver مناطق التوصيل
MSS Gold Bahrain ("MSS Gold", "we") delivers to addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. We do not currently offer international shipping. For enquiries from outside Bahrain, please contact us directly.
2 Delivery fees رسوم التوصيل
Free delivery is offered on all confirmed orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain. There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or surcharges.

3 Delivery times أوقات التوصيل
Same-day delivery is typical for orders confirmed during shop hours. Orders confirmed after shop hours or on Friday mornings are typically delivered the next working session.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, courier availability, public holidays, banking hours, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4 Order & payment confirmation تأكيد الطلب والدفع
After you place an enquiry through the Website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person, MSS Gold will confirm:
- The agreed product and weight
- The price locked at the moment of confirmation (gold spot price moves continuously — see Terms & Conditions §4)
- The delivery address and approximate window
- The accepted payment method (cash, BenefitPay on delivery, or card payment via our payment provider)
Confirmation is typically sent by WhatsApp message from our shop number, usually within 5–15 minutes of order placement during shop hours. You may also be contacted by phone if clarification is needed.
5 Proof of delivery إثبات التسليم
To safeguard both customer and merchant in handling investment-grade bullion, MSS Gold keeps a record of every delivery:
- Delivery is made to the registered customer (or a person authorised by the customer in writing in advance).
- Identification matching the order may be requested at the point of delivery.
- The customer signs or otherwise confirms receipt at delivery; a photo or signed delivery note is retained as proof.
6 Customer responsibilities مسؤوليات العميل
To allow safe and timely delivery, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing an accurate, complete delivery address within Bahrain.
- Being available at the agreed delivery window, or arranging an authorised recipient in advance.
- Inspecting the product at the time of delivery before signing receipt — once the customer has signed/confirmed receipt, the product is considered delivered in good condition.
7 Failed or refused delivery فشل أو رفض التسليم
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient cannot be identified, the courier will return the product to MSS Gold. Re-delivery may be arranged subject to availability and additional coordination time.
If a confirmed order is refused at the door without valid reason, the matter is handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8 Note on card statements ملاحظة على كشف الحساب
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement. This is normal where an order is split across more than one charge or where adjustments are made.
9 Updates to this policy تحديثات هذه السياسة
The Delivery & Shipping Policy may be changed or updated occasionally to meet operational and legal requirements. Customers are encouraged to visit this section from time to time. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
