1 Our position on refunds موقفنا من الاسترداد

MSS Gold Bahrain sells investment-grade gold and silver bullion at live international spot prices. The market price of gold and silver moves every second, so each confirmed order is priced and locked at a unique moment in time.

2 Buyback option إعادة شراء الذهب

If you no longer wish to keep your gold or silver, MSS Gold may offer to buy it back at the current market spot rate at the time of buyback, subject to verification of the bar's condition, weight, and authenticity.

The buyback price is determined at the moment we agree the buyback — it is independent of what you originally paid. It may be higher, the same, or lower than your purchase price, depending on how the gold market has moved. MSS Gold gives no commitment as to a minimum buyback rate or to a specific buyback margin.

Buyback is a separate, voluntary transaction and is not a refund. To request a buyback quote, please contact us with the bar details (size, certificate/serial if applicable, condition).

3 When refunds apply حالات الاسترداد المعتمدة

MSS Gold details the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities. A refund or replacement may be granted in the following limited scenarios:

• The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged in shipping.
• The product is tampered.

In each of these cases, MSS Gold's preferred remedy is a replacement of the same product. A monetary refund is offered where replacement is not practicable.

4 Reporting timeframe مدة الإبلاغ

To allow MSS Gold to verify the issue, any of the four scenarios above must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be reported in its original packaging and must not have been altered, resized, modified, or further handled beyond initial inspection.

Reports made after this window cannot be processed under this policy, since the chain-of-custody required to verify a wrong-product, defect, damage, or tampering claim can no longer be reasonably established.

5 Cancellation before dispatch إلغاء الطلب قبل الإرسال

An order may be cancelled at no cost if requested before the courier has dispatched the product. Once the product has been dispatched for delivery, the order is treated as committed (since the price is already locked at the live market spot at the moment of confirmation).

6 How approved refunds are processed طريقة معالجة الاسترداد

Where a refund is approved under section 3, MSS Gold processes refunds as follows:

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

For card payments, the refund appears on the original card account. For BenefitPay or other electronic methods, the refund returns to the same source. For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund is arranged by the same channel used to confirm the order.

7 How to request a refund or replacement كيفية تقديم طلب الاسترداد أو الاستبدال

To raise a refund or replacement request under section 3:

• Provide your order details, photographs of the issue, and the original packaging.
• MSS Gold will verify the case. If approved, replacement or refund will be arranged.

8 Updates to this policy تحديثات هذه السياسة

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be changed or updated occasionally to meet operational and legal requirements. Customers are encouraged to visit this section from time to time. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
