1 Our position on refunds موقفنا من الاسترداد

MSS Gold Bahrain sells investment-grade gold and silver bullion at live international spot prices. The market price of gold and silver moves every second, so each confirmed order is priced and locked at a unique moment in time.

Please read before ordering. Once an order is confirmed and the price is locked, MSS Gold does not accept refunds on bullion for change-of-mind reasons. This is to protect both customer and merchant from price-movement risk between the moment of sale and any later return.

2 Buyback option إعادة شراء الذهب

MSS Gold prioritises buyback support for MSS gold bars and also buys Swiss gold bars. We give individual live quotes based on the current gold spot price and the bar’s gold content, subject to verification of its condition, weight and authenticity.

Visit our Manama shop for a live quote, or agree and lock a price with our team on WhatsApp before arranging driver collection from your home. Payment can be cash or bank transfer, including cash payment at home. The process is normally completed the same day.

Both identification and the purchase invoice are required for a shop sale or home collection. Sending an enquiry alone does not lock a price; our team must confirm the agreement with you.

Buyback is a separate transaction, not a refund of the original purchase. The agreed offer may differ from what you originally paid. Retail prices displayed on our website are not buyback quotes. View our gold-bar buyback service and request a quote.

3 When refunds apply حالات الاسترداد المعتمدة

MSS Gold details the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities. A refund or replacement may be granted in the following limited scenarios:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered.

In each of these cases, MSS Gold's preferred remedy is a replacement of the same product. A monetary refund is offered where replacement is not practicable.

4 Reporting timeframe مدة الإبلاغ

To allow MSS Gold to verify the issue, any of the four scenarios above must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be reported in its original packaging and must not have been altered, resized, modified, or further handled beyond initial inspection.

Reports made after this window cannot be processed under this policy, since the chain-of-custody required to verify a wrong-product, defect, damage, or tampering claim can no longer be reasonably established.

5 Cancellation before dispatch إلغاء الطلب قبل الإرسال

An order may be cancelled at no cost if requested before the courier has dispatched the product. Once the product has been dispatched for delivery, the order is treated as committed (since the price is already locked at the live market spot at the moment of confirmation).

6 How approved refunds are processed طريقة معالجة الاسترداد

Where a refund is approved under section 3, MSS Gold processes refunds as follows:

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

For card payments, the refund appears on the original card account. For BenefitPay or other electronic methods, the refund returns to the same source. For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund is arranged by the same channel used to confirm the order.

Note: Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

7 How to request a refund or replacement كيفية تقديم طلب الاسترداد أو الاستبدال

To raise a refund or replacement request under section 3:

Provide your order details, photographs of the issue, and the original packaging.
MSS Gold will verify the case. If approved, replacement or refund will be arranged.

8 Updates to this policy تحديثات هذه السياسة

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be changed or updated occasionally to meet operational and legal requirements. Customers are encouraged to visit this section from time to time. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
